1. Who is Jiaxing Goshen Hardware Co., Ltd.?

Jiaxing Goshen Hardware Co., Ltd., also known as Goshen Hardware, is a China-based supplier of fasteners and custom hardware components. We provide standard fasteners, non-standard parts, OEM services and one-stop purchasing support for international customers.

2. Where is your factory located?

Our production base is located in the Economic Development Area of Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. Please contact our team before visiting so that we can confirm the itinerary and arrange a factory tour.

3. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are an integrated industry and trade company with a production base in Jiaxing. This structure allows us to coordinate manufacturing, quality control, warehousing and export service for fasteners and custom components.

4. How long have you been in the fastener business?

Our company information reflects approximately 15 years of experience in exporting hardware fasteners and non-standard parts. We serve customers across Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and other international markets.

5. Which industries use your fasteners?

Products, materials and specifications

7. What types of fasteners and hardware components do you produce?

Our product range includes bolts, screws, nuts, washers, threaded rods, anchors, rivets, studs, stamping and bracket parts, solar photovoltaic accessories, CNC parts, forged parts and other custom components.

8. What materials do you offer?

We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, alloy steel, brass, aluminum and titanium. Common stainless steel grades include 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904L, B8 and B8M. The available grade depends on the product and application.

9. What product standards do you support?

We manufacture according to internationally recognized standards including ISO, DIN, ANSI/ASME, BS, JIS, GB and ASTM. We can also manufacture according to customer-specific standards when the technical requirements are confirmed.

10. What strength grades are available?

Available grades include carbon steel grades 4.6, 4.8, 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9; stainless steel grades A2-70, A2-80, A4-70 and A4-80; and alloy steel grades such as B7, B7M, L7 and L7M. Please specify the required grade in your inquiry.

11. What thread systems do you support?

We support metric threads, imperial UNC and UNF threads, and customer-specific thread requirements. Please provide the thread designation, diameter, pitch or TPI, length and tolerance in your drawing or inquiry.

12. What thread tolerances can you produce?

Our standard thread tolerance is generally 6g for external threads and 6H for internal threads. Other tolerances, such as 4H, 5H, 5g, 6e and 6f, can be discussed according to the application and drawing requirements.

13. What surface treatments and coatings are available?

Available treatments include zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, black oxide, nickel plating, chrome plating, tin plating, Dacromet, Geomet, passivation and phosphating. The suitable treatment depends on the material, environment, corrosion requirement and applicable standard.

14. Can you produce tight dimensional tolerances?

Yes. We can produce parts with specified dimensional and thread tolerances using precision machining and inspection equipment. Please include the critical dimensions, tolerance requirements and inspection standard in the technical drawing.

15. Can you provide technical drawings?

Yes. We can provide 2D or 3D technical drawings for standard products. For custom products, our engineering team can prepare drawings based on your specifications or samples and confirm them with you before production.

Custom OEM and engineering

16. Do you provide custom manufacturing and OEM services?

Yes. We manufacture custom non-standard fasteners, CNC components, forged parts, stamping parts and other OEM hardware according to customer drawings, samples or confirmed specifications.

17. What information is needed for a custom quotation?

Please provide a technical drawing or sample, material, dimensions, tolerances, quantity, surface treatment, packaging requirements and application information when available. The destination port and required delivery date also help us prepare a more accurate quotation.

18. Can you manufacture parts from customer drawings?

Yes. Our team can review customer drawings, confirm manufacturability and produce samples for approval before mass production. Any important technical or production issue will be discussed before the order is released.

19. Can you reverse engineer a physical sample?

Yes. We can inspect a physical sample, create detailed 2D or 3D drawings and confirm the dimensions and requirements with you before production. Please send the sample or clear technical information for an initial assessment.

20. Do you provide design and engineering support?

Yes. Our engineering team can provide suggestions for design optimization, manufacturability, material selection and cost reduction while maintaining the required performance and function.

21. Is there a tooling or mold charge?

Tooling charges depend on the part structure, tooling complexity and order volume. For simple parts or larger-volume projects, tooling fees may be reduced or included in the commercial discussion. The final terms will be confirmed in the quotation.

22. Do you provide pre-production samples?

Yes. Pre-production samples are normally confirmed before mass production. We use the sample approval process to verify dimensions, materials, surface treatment and other requirements so that bulk production follows the approved specification.

Quality, inspection and certification

23. What quality inspection processes do you use?

Our quality control covers incoming materials, production processes and final products. Typical checks include material verification, dimensions, thread quality, appearance, hardness, tensile performance, torque and surface treatment, depending on the product requirements.

24. What tests can you perform?

Testing may include dimensional inspection, visual inspection, thread gauge testing, hardness testing, torque testing, tensile testing and salt spray testing for suitable surface treatments. The inspection plan can be agreed according to the product standard and application.

25. Do you have an in-house testing laboratory?

Yes. Our in-house laboratory is equipped for inspection and testing activities including coordinate measurement, hardness testing, salt spray testing, torque testing, thread gauging, XRF material analysis and coating thickness measurement.

26. How do you inspect incoming raw materials?

Incoming materials are checked against the required documentation and specifications. Depending on the order, checks may include material test report verification, chemical composition, mechanical properties and surface condition. Non-conforming materials are rejected or handled through an agreed corrective process.

27. Do you perform in-process inspections?

Yes. We perform inspections at relevant production stages, which may include cutting, machining, heat treatment and surface treatment. In-process inspection helps identify deviations early and reduce the risk of non-conforming products reaching the next stage.

28. What certifications and compliance documents can you provide?

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Depending on the product and market, we can provide relevant documents such as CE, RoHS, REACH, Certificate of Conformity and material documentation when applicable.

29. Can you provide Material Test Reports?

Yes. English Material Test Reports can be provided for applicable shipments. MTRs may cover chemical composition, mechanical properties and material traceability, including EN 10204 3.1 documentation when required by the order.

30. Can you arrange third-party inspection and PPAP documentation?

Yes. We can coordinate third-party inspections by institutions such as SGS, BV, TÜV or Intertek when requested. For automotive and high-specification industrial projects, we mainly support PPAP Level 3 documentation, with other levels discussed according to customer requirements.

Pricing, MOQ and orders

31. How is your fastener price calculated?

Price depends on product type, material, size, grade, quantity, thread, surface treatment, packaging and delivery terms. Please provide complete specifications so that we can calculate a suitable quotation rather than giving an inaccurate price based on incomplete information.

32. What is your minimum order quantity?

For standard stock products, the MOQ is generally 1,000 pieces. For non-standard or customized products, the MOQ depends on product complexity, tooling and production process. Trial orders may be discussed for new customers.

33. Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. We can offer volume-based pricing for larger orders. The actual unit price and discount depend on quantity, material, production requirements, packaging and delivery terms and will be stated in the quotation.

34. Can you quote EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP?

Yes. We can discuss EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU and DDP terms according to the destination and shipment requirements. Please provide your destination port or delivery address so that the correct logistics cost can be calculated.

35. How long is a quotation valid?

Our standard quotation validity is generally three days because material, currency and freight costs may change. The exact validity period will be stated on the quotation issued for your order.

36. What payment terms do you accept?

Common payment terms include T/T, usually with a deposit and the balance against the agreed shipping documents, and L/C at sight for suitable orders. Payment terms are confirmed based on the order value, customer relationship and commercial requirements.

37. How do I place an order with Goshen Hardware?

Send us your drawings or product specifications, material, quantity, surface treatment, packaging and destination. We will review the requirements, confirm the quotation and production details, provide samples when needed and proceed after the order specifications and payment terms are approved.

Samples, production, packaging and shipping

38. Can you provide free samples?

For standard products, we can generally provide a limited number of samples, with the customer responsible for shipping costs. Customized samples may involve a sample or tooling fee, which can be discussed and may be refundable after a formal order according to the agreed terms.

39. How long does sample production take?

Standard samples are usually prepared within 1–3 working days when available. Custom samples generally require 7–15 working days after drawing confirmation and any required tooling arrangements. Complex parts may take longer, and the schedule will be confirmed before production.

40. What is your typical production lead time?

For in-stock standard products, delivery may be arranged within 1–3 working days. Out-of-stock standard products generally require 7–30 working days. Customized products generally require 15–45 working days, depending on complexity and quantity. The confirmed schedule will be stated in the quotation.

41. What packaging options do you offer?

Standard export packaging may include plastic bags or inner boxes, cartons and pallets. We can also provide branded packaging, blister packaging, special labels, barcodes or QR codes according to the product and customer requirements.

42. Do you use fumigated wooden pallets?

Yes. Wooden export pallets can be supplied in accordance with ISPM 15 requirements. The packaging and marking details should be confirmed before shipment, especially when the destination country has specific import requirements.

43. What shipping methods and delivery times are available?

We can arrange express delivery, air freight and sea freight. Typical transit times are approximately 3–5 working days by express, 7–10 working days by air and 20–40 working days by sea, depending on destination, carrier and customs clearance.

44. Can you handle customs documents and door-to-door delivery?

Yes. We can provide common export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Conformity when applicable. DDP door-to-door service can be discussed for suitable destinations and orders.

45. Can I track my shipment or split a large order into several shipments?

Yes. We provide a tracking number after dispatch and can help follow the shipment status. Large orders may also be split into several shipments according to the agreed production schedule, inventory status and delivery requirements.
