This series consists of fully standardized stainless steel precision CNC-turned non-standard hardware components. They are formed through integrated precision processing on CNC lathes, covering standard extended hexagonal nuts, cylindrical internal threaded sleeves, fork-type joints, stepped connecting bolts, positioning pins, multi-way threaded connecting columns, slotted locking round nuts, irregular double-headed screws, and pointed positioning screw rods, among other diversified non-standard structural components.
All the workpieces are processed using 304/316 stainless steel substrates. According to customer drawings and samples, special structures such as thread specifications, external dimensions, slotting, through holes, cone heads, stepped steps, and side holes can be customized. It combines both standard connection bushings and customized irregular transmission joints. It can be purchased separately as standard bushing nuts or processed and customized as a complete set of non-standard connection components, suitable for the exclusive assembly, transmission, and positioning locking requirements of various equipment.
1. Material Characteristics
Main raw material: 304 stainless steel, with basic rust prevention and moisture resistance capabilities, suitable for machinery, automation, and outdoor equipment;
Upgrade raw material: 316 stainless steel, resistant to salt fog and acid-base corrosion, suitable for chemical, seawater, and medical clean equipment;
The metal substrate has high density and strong rigidity, and is not prone to softening or deformation in high-temperature environments, with excellent dimensional stability.
2. Process and Structure Characteristics
Standard bushing type (cylinder / hexagonal extended nut)
Overall fully internal thread through design, the hexagonal model is convenient for wrench clamping and locking, the cylindrical model is suitable for narrow installation spaces; the extended model is used for partition sleeves, heightening, and extending connections, the full-length thread is evenly meshed, the heightening is uniformly stressed without deviation.
Special-shaped joint type (U-shaped fork joint)
One-piece formed U-shaped fork opening, reserved assembly through hole, the tail is equipped with a threaded part that can be connected to the screw rod, used for connecting rods, pneumatic and hydraulic mechanism movable hinges, the fork opening thickness is uniform, and the load-bearing is not prone to tearing.
Step transition connecting thread column
Multi-stage step-limiting structure, bidirectional different specifications thread connection, self-positioning step is equipped, during assembly, automatic positioning is achieved, eliminating the need for additional spacer positioning, simplifying the assembly process.
Sharp-head positioning screw / pin
The head has a precise conical tip guiding design, facilitating quick alignment and insertion into the workpiece positioning hole, the body of the screw or pin can be selected as full-thread or segmented-thread, the top can be machined with a side hole for pin positioning.
Grooved locking round nut
The outer ring is reserved a slot, matched with a dedicated wrench for locking, used for shaft end positioning and fixation, the anti-loosening effect is better than ordinary hexagonal nuts, suitable for rotating shaft components.
Multi-specification special-shaped bolts
Including flange external hexagonal bolts, cross combination screws, side-hole hexagonal connecting columns, etc., integrating locking, connecting, ventilation / wire passing side-hole functions, one machine for multiple uses.
3. General Physical Characteristics
Thread is unified national standard metric thread, inspected by stop gauge, with strong interchangeability;
All internal and external corners are chamfered and deburred, assembly is smooth, without scratching risk;
Surface is matte brushed, not prone to fingerprints and water stains, cleaning and maintenance are simple;
Additional structures such as through holes, blind holes, side holes, oil holes, and pin holes can be processed as needed.
Fully CNC precision processing, zero dimensional deviation
The entire process is carried out by high-precision CNC lathes for turning, forming threads, steps, conical surfaces, and holes all at once. The tolerance is strictly controlled. The internal and external threads are qualified by the universal stop gauge test. The assembly fit is smooth without jamming or gaps. Different from ordinary stamping parts, complex irregular structures can also achieve uniform and stable dimensions.
Double anti-rust for stainless steel substrate, suitable for multiple working conditions
Two types of raw materials are available: 304 general stainless steel and 316 acid and alkali resistant stainless steel. The integrated molding has no joint gaps and will not have the problem of coating peeling and rusting. It is not prone to oxidation and rusting even in humid, outdoor, or mild chemical corrosion environments for long-term use, and its service life is much longer than carbon steel electroplated parts.

The entire process is turned as one piece without welding or joint weak points. The tensile and torsion performance is excellent. It is not prone to cracking or thread slippage under heavy load transmission or high-frequency disassembly conditions. The structural components of the fork-type connector and the extended screw rod are evenly distributed, and the force is not prone to deformation.
Fine surface treatment, no damage to the workpiece during assembly
The finished products are uniformly treated with sandblasting and polishing to remove the burrs and sharp edges, resulting in a smooth surface without sharp protrusions. The thread pattern is uniform and smooth, and it is not easy to scratch the workpiece surface when locking. The dynamic reciprocating motion friction loss is lower.
