This series consists of precision brass threaded pre-installed nuts. All are made from high-quality H59 brass material and are processed as a single piece using a CNC lathe. They come in four main styles: smooth-textured continuous-threaded pre-installed brass sleeve, multi-step hexagonal elongated brass column, straight-textured short-end insert with straight threads, and stepped hexagonal internal-threaded nuts. The product has a standard metric internal thread running through its interior. The appearance features either anti-slip texturing or multi-sided hexagonal structures. The size specifications are comprehensive, suitable for applications such as plastic injection molding, mold pre-installation, and assembly heightening connections. It can be purchased in standard sizes on the spot, or customized for outer diameter, length, thread, and step structure according to drawings or samples. It is a specialized brass sleeve accessory for internal fastening of plastic parts and inter-device connection.

1. Core material characteristics
The raw material is H59 high-grade yellow brass, with uniform and bright metallic color, flexible and easy to process; resistant to oxidation in humid air, weak acid and weak alkali environments, no need for electroplating coating, and no problem of coating peeling and contaminating the plastic; low interference with insulation, suitable for use in electronic and electrical products.
2. Structural and processing characteristics of different styles
Diamond-shaped embossed straight-through pre-installed copper sleeve
The outer wall is fully covered with diamond-shaped anti-slip net patterns, with chamfered ends, and the interior is fully connected with internal threads; during injection molding, the plastic fills the patterns, and the fit is firm, mostly used for pre-installing in plastic casings, appliance casings, toys, and precision plastic parts.
Multi-step hexagonal elongated copper column

3. General physical processing characteristics
The threads are metric standard threads, with strong interchangeability, suitable for regular standard screws;

H59 brass substrate, with excellent comprehensive performance
Selected from national standard H59 brass raw materials, it has strong toughness and is not prone to cracking. It inherently possesses natural anti-rust and anti-oxidation properties, and will not rust or corrode over a long period of use. The conductive and heat-conductive performance is stable, without magnetism, and will not cause electromagnetic interference. Compared to iron-based embedded nuts, it does not have the risk of rusting and cracking of plastic parts during assembly.
Anti-slip embossed design, easy to be injected and not likely to fall off
The embossed model has a precise rhombic network pattern / straight tooth embossed texture on the outer wall.
