The kit includes various specifications of internal hexagonal cylindrical head screws, cross-head screws, matching hexagonal nuts, and compatible flat washers. It offers a wide range of bolt lengths and thread specifications. The entire set contains no metal components. It is made of light beige original PEEK material and features standard precision threads. It can be freely assembled without the need for additional accessories. It is a special type of fastening connection component suitable for insulation, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance applications.
The product includes large-sized M10 heavy-duty bolts and micro-sized short screws, catering to both heavy-load assembly and the fixation of fine small equipment. 1. Core material characteristics
The raw material is pure PEEK (polyetheretherketone) high-performance engineering plastic. It is original light beige without added recycled material and without glass fiber addition. Optional without glass fiber doping; The material has high strength and rigidity, with tensile strength comparable to that of metals, not prone to breaking, and at the same time has the toughness of plastics, with no brittle fracture during impact.
2. Fastening component process characteristics
Internal hexagonal cylindrical head bolt: The head has vertical ridges for anti-slip design, the internal hexagonal hole is evenly stressed, it is not easy to slip when tightening, the full tooth precision rolling thread has uniform depth of the pattern, and the pattern fits tightly with the nut; The large-sized M10 bolt has strong bearing capacity and is suitable for the fixation of heavy equipment.
Crossed flat head screw: The cross groove is evenly stressed, compatible with ordinary cross screwdrivers, the short-sized is suitable for the installation of micro-precision components, the head is flat and fits closely with the workpiece, without scraping the internal components of the equipment.
PEEK hexagonal nut: Standard hexagonal shape, six flat surfaces are easy to be held by a wrench, the internal thread has standard tolerance, and it perfectly meshes with the same-sized bolt, locking is not prone to deviation.
PEEK flat washer: The same material washer evenly disperses the locking pressure, prevents the surface of the workpiece from being damaged, and isolates the contact surface of the two materials to avoid friction loss.

PEEK special engineering plastic has extremely high temperature resistance. Its long-term working temperature can reach 260℃, and it can withstand 315℃ high temperature for a short period. It will not crack or deform in low-temperature environments. It can be securely fastened in high-temperature ovens, heat-melting equipment, and low-temperature freezing equipment for long-term stability. Metal screws cannot be used in this extreme temperature difference scenario.
