Laos' first grid-connected PV + energy storage project goes into operation
On March 1, the commercial commissioning ceremony of the first photovoltaic + energy storage project in Laos, the 50MW photovoltaic power generation (Phase I) of Gammonse Bonfi, was held in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, marking the project's entry into a new stage of substantive operation. The project is a key project of the "Belt and Road" and the first large-scale photovoltaic project put into operation by Chinese enterprises in Laos. The first phase of the project has an installed capacity of 50.1 MW and an energy storage capacity of 10 MWH.
